Poland Tourist Visa
First of all to come to Poland by work visa you the candidate has to apply for the work permit. It usually takes duration of 1-2 months by the law and upto 6 months maximum.
To apply the candidate needs to send scanned copy of their passport(all pages), receipt of first payment amounting to 300 Euro from a total of 5000 Euro. Send the documents on our email address: info.sunshinevisaoverseas@gmail.com
The prepayment can be sent by transfer to Indian bank account (company account)
After this payment is made, then we can start with our job. We prepare the documents for the work permit and the work permit itself, look for jobs and book the vacancy from our employers we cooperate with.
After the work permit is ready we prepare the rest of the documents from Poland (Job Contract between the candidate and the employer who they will be working with, Accommodation letter).
After everything is ready we send the scan of the Work Permit, the client checks all the date and sends the second payment 1500 EUR.
After we receive the fee we send the originals of the documents by DHL to him/her. The client collects some documents from him/her side (he/she can find the rest of documents required for visa, visit the polish embassy website) books the date in the embassy and applies for the visa. After getting the visa he/she comes to Poland and starts working and settling down here. (After the clients come here during the visa is valid we can help with the TRP for 3, 5, 10 years.).
The job contract will be extended until the clients wants to work.
